I offer virtual therapy sessions to anyone ages 13 and up. Virtual therapy provides the flexibility and comfort of being able to engage in services from anywhere you wish - whether it is the comfort of your own bed, home, or even the local library if you so choose!

The cost per 55-minute session is $150

The benefits of not accepting insurance includes:

- By opting not to use insurance, you have full control over who gets access to your records. Insurance companies often audit files and may deny claims and services as they see fit. This way, your privacy is entirely in your hands. This also means no surprise bills!

- Insurance companies decide how many, for how long, and in what way sessions can occur in order for the session to be covered. By not using insurance, you are truly in control of your services!

- Insurance companies require a qualifying diagnosis, which is not applicable to everyone!

It may be possible to be reimbursed for a portion of the cost of services through your insurance. Many insurance plans offer out of network benefits, which can be utilized when provided with a “Superbill”. A “Superbill” is a document that I can provide, that you then submit to your insurance company to reimburse you for your out-of-pocket costs for session. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and is completely dependent on your out of network benefits and insurance plan.
